Every program is checked on the company's own website (last checked 11 Oct 2026). Pick the list that fits you.

How a nonprofit qualifies

What you need depends on where your nonprofit is registered.

United States
IRS 501(c)(3) status. That includes churches, synagogues and other places of worship: TechSoup won't accept a self-declared exemption, but being covered by your denomination's group exemption is fine.
Canada
A charity registered with the CRA, a public library, or a nonprofit incorporated under federal or provincial nonprofit law.
United Kingdom
A charity registered with the Charity Commission, OSCR or the Charity Commission for Northern Ireland, or recognized by HMRC as tax exempt.

Religious organizations: most companies don't say whether they accept them. When one does, we note it on that program's page.

How we check

We only list what the company itself says on its own website, or the official partner that runs the program. Every listing shows the date we last checked it. Programs change often, so we re-check regularly and move anything that ends to the list above.

"Most popular" ranks companies by how many people visit their website and how many other sites link to them (data from DataForSEO, October 2026).
