Who publishes this site

This site is published by Innovara Studios LLC, a brand, website and search studio at 1025 E Hallandale Beach Blvd #1593, Hallandale Beach, FL 33009. The studio is run by its two partners, Yona Durbach and Shaya Kutnowski. You can reach us at info@innovarastudios.com.

What we publish

We publish three kinds of work: articles on the blog, guides to the rules that affect our clients' websites, and original research. Every piece names its author and shows when it was published.

How we research and check facts

We link each figure, rule and quotation to its primary source wherever one exists, and check it against that source before we publish. Guides say when their rules were last checked. Research publications set out their method and limitations, and publish their data alongside the findings.

How we use AI

We use AI tools to help us research, draft and check our work. In our research, AI models also classify data, and each study's method section says where and how. A named person on our team is responsible for every piece we publish and for its accuracy.

Dates

The published date is the day a piece first went live. We show an updated date only when we make a substantive change, such as new facts, a corrected error or a rewritten section. Small edits, such as a new image or a fixed typo, don't change the dates.

Corrections

If you find an error, email info@innovarastudios.com with “Correction” in the subject line. When we correct a factual error, we fix it and add a dated note at the end of the piece that says what changed.

Independence and conflicts of interest

We sell brand, website and search services, including to the kinds of organizations we write about, such as law firms and nonprofits. That gives us an interest in these topics, and we say so where it matters. No client or other company pays for, sponsors or reviews our articles or research before publication. We don't publish sponsored content or accept payment for links or mentions. When a piece mentions a client or our own services, it says so.
