Law Firms
Law Firm Websites, Branding & Search
A website your partners will sign off on, written to the advertising rules, that Google and AI assistants can read and recommend.
Best for Law firms of roughly 20 to 100 lawyers in the US and Canada whose website no longer matches the firm.
What’s included. One senior team from first workshop to launch.
Law firm website design
Practice-area pages, lawyer bios and intake built for the people who hire you, with every claim checked against your advertising rules.
Firm branding
Identity and messaging that read as established and trustworthy, without the superlatives a regulator would question.
Lawyer bios that sound like your lawyers
A short interview with each lawyer, written up and approved by them, instead of a form nobody fills in.
SEO and AI visibility
Technical SEO, practice-area content and the structured data that help Google and AI assistants name your firm.

Law Firm Website Design: What the Rules Allow and What Clients Check
Law firm websites are regulated advertising, an intake channel and a public service. What the ABA and Law Society of Ontario rules allow, how to design intake, and why bios matter most.

Getting Found When Search Answers the Question Itself
AI answers are taking clicks from company websites. Here is what the evidence shows, what nobody knows yet, and what to change on your site.

Accessibility in 2026: The EAA, WCAG 2.2 and US Legal Exposure
The EAA now applies, US web accessibility suits rose in 2025, and WCAG 2.2 is the target. What is in scope, what is not, and what to build into your design system first.
Questions. The ones we hear on most first calls.
Do you write to the lawyer advertising rules?
Yes. In Ontario that means Chapter 4 of the Law Society's Rules of Professional Conduct, which requires marketing to be "demonstrably true, accurate and verifiable". In the US it means ABA Model Rule 7.1 and your state's version of it. Your firm keeps the final say, and nothing we write is legal advice.
Will our firm show up in AI answers?
Most firms do not yet. In our Q4 2026 index of 262 randomly sampled law firms in four metro areas, 13 (5%) were named by ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity or Google's AI Overviews. We build sites that AI assistants can read and cite, and we measure whether yours is named.
How do you handle partner sign-off?
One person approves on the firm's behalf, partners review in fixed rounds, and each lawyer approves their own bio before it goes live.
Can you redesign our website without losing search traffic?
Yes. We keep what ranks, map every redirect and launch with tracking in place, so visibility carries over.
